Mini Man Melter Raygun

Description: A rather steampunk raygun.

Strobist info: Small torch as main light from bottom right bungeed to a light stand, Full CTO gelled flash from behind the gun for backlighting (SB-28 on 1/16 power) and another torch with red gel for lighting the black velvet background.

The background torch was moved around a bit during the 6second exposure to blur it out, and I swapped the red gel in and out to let through a bit of the white light of the torch. That gave the background a sort of smokey space nebula effect to match the style of the gun.
