Genres of Steampunk

I thought this subject might merit its' own topic!

Articles about the origins and evolution of the many 'types' of steampunk have always interested me. In my own steampunk blog, I delve into the topics to learn more about them and share the results.

It would be great if people would post links to quality articles about said topic, so that they are all in one place and east to find and peruse.
