Greetings from Clear Lake City, TX
Lord Magnus here, I have been a collector of old technology from steam punk to diesel punk range. Some of my items are;
  • Burroughs adding machine 1920's
  • Sikes hydrometer, with weights and thermometer 1916
  • brass compass/sundial
  • sextant brass and silver
  • theodolite brass
  • dumpy level
  • abney level
  • underwood #5 typewriter 1921
I am slowly acquiring other items, I just restored a KODAK autographic folding camera #2 (holes in the bellows) and am preparing to test it with 100 asa film. I plan on adding more items as I come across them, including a reproduction roll top desk, etc. A few home built lights, some cast iron a/c registers for the home, oil lamps suspended Safely from chains from the ceiling, and a couple of carbide lamps, etc. Some of what I collect is in we experience a massive solar flare like the Carrington event of 1859. In this modern age, the damage to the nations power grid could easily leave us without power for months or more.
