Need to hire a steam punk inventor

I am in dire need to make my invention look pretty. It's a smoking device so if you have a problem with that then bugger off. I will pay you but you HAVE to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you even see what it is I'm talking about. Materials involved will be brass, levers, and a chunk of rubber. If you don't think you have adequate parts, tools, or anything else please don't bother contacting me. I don't need something that's specific, gotta make a few plumbing style parts look pretty in a RELATIVELY simple and sturdy way.

It's wonderful, I like steampunk but have yet to grasp it! I see so many wonderful altered steampunk art. One day I'll have a try at it!
