Hello
Hello, I'm relatively new to steam punk i had seen pictures i liked on deviant art that mentioned steam punk but i never looked it up until only a few days ago, so I'm fairly knew to this, but i have always liked steam powered machines. I'm 16 and form Oklahoma. I plan on building a steam punk case for my mp3 player (a case to put the guts of my mp3 player in so that i will be rid of the horrid plastic and malfunctioning buttons.) as my first project. then i plan on taking on an even more challenging project, building a steam powered potato gun, '-_-' that works. lots of work to design so if anyone knows any thing about building steam engines then i would appreciate the help.

RE: Hello
Hello and welcome aboard!
What do you plan on crafting your mp3 player out of? leather/metal? certainly keep us posted as to the results. Sadly, steam engines ive not really looked into that deeply. I've got a nice book sitting here waiting to be read on the subject, lol |

RE: Hello
Thanks for the welcome! I plan on making my mp3 case out of metal, and touching up the rough spots with leather, so it be like a metal case with a leather case to put it in.

RE: Hello
Lines can be dragged, reshaped and deleted just by clicking on them. Make use of this by reshaping your circles-and-lines sketches to line drawings. Move the joins around; add a few extra lines and bend them in to shape. Remove anything you no longer need.
