Sales Section Rules - READ FIRST

I'm not sure how a sales section will work here on the forum, but at least 10 times per week, I get emails asking on where they can purchase some steampunk art/inventions/what have you.

So, in order for everyone to be safe, please exercise some caution. Please ask for references, and actually follow through on them, even if that reference is just an eBay account.

Anyway, just be careful. The admin team here cannot be held responsible for any deals that go sour.

As for sellers, there are only a few rules:

1. Sellers must state a price. This is not an auction site.
2. Sellers must have pictures of their item for sale
3. Photos must be accompianied by a piece of paper with the following information: SPL username, date, and the word 'SPL'. This is to ensure that you actually have the item in your possession.
   

If any of the follow rules are not met, the thread will be locked and/or deleted.

As a final note: this service is offered as a way for all steampunk artists/collectors to sell their art, as well as for buyers to be able to locate pieces of art which are fairly hard to locate. Please do not abuse this service. I ask that, even if you have 100 pieces ready to go, that you keep your sales posts listings limited to a reasonable level. I'm not goign to set rules on levels, but if they get excessive, I may ask you to stop.
