I currently Bought an Esp Ltd Ec 100 off of a friend for 20 bucks and i want to make it Steamy

Any tips of the trade that i should know about before i tear into this thing?

Sadly, guitars arent my specialty. But do keep us posted as you start work.

Never did a guitar.
But, you might consider replacing the buttons on the tuning pegs, as I did on my Steam Punk Banjo.

The new buttons are just fancy coat buttons, epoxied back-to-back.
But they LOOK good.
