I'm looking for solid steampunk tales from all over the world. As long as there's steam, aether, gears, goggles, zepplins and such, and the story takes place anywhere on Earth between about 1800 and 1899 with an element of the fantastic, surreal or weird that never could have happened back then, I'd say go for it.
As RuneWright is a new press that is just getting started, all I can offer for those selected for any given anthology is as follows:
1 Contributor's Copy
$5 via PayPal for included stories between 2,000 and 3,500 words
$10 via PayPal for included stories between 3,501 and 7,500 words.
An included bio in the anthology with any URLs or other author-specific information
